For 2025 We have prepared a 12 week training program with help from olympian Scott bowden to help anyone prepare with a purpose!

Whether your goal is to finish strong,  beat your mates, or simply enjoy the ride, this guide will help you prepare with purpose. It promises to be an epic day out amongst the bright yellow or green canola and wheat fields that cover the rolling hills of the Chapman Valley.
