AusCycling licence
Every rider needs one: an annual Race Off-Road or Race All Discipline membership, an eligible four-week free trial, or a day licence bought during registration.
Your bike
Traditional flat-bar mountain bikes only. No gravel bikes and no drop bars. E-bikes are only permitted in the 40km Wallabyand 20km Joey.
Cut-offs
Course cut-offs run from 11:30am for the 40km through to 4:00pm for the 100km, with a 5:00pm final cut-off at the finish line. Finishing after 5:00pm still counts. The event rules page has every cut-off and what happens at each one.
Check in first
Runners check in at the Dwellingup football oval tennis court — Friday 11 September 4:00–6:00pm, or Saturday 11:30am–12:30pm. You only need to check in once, and check-in is not offered outside those times. Bring the eTicket emailed to you in the week of the event.
Start times
1:00pm 21km Almighty. 1:10pm 12km Mighty. 1:20pm 6km Mini and the Doggie Dash, which start together — runners under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cut-offs
The 21km Almighty has two cut-offs, both at the Nanga Road Aid Station. Miss 6.7km by 2:05pm and you are turned left onto the shorter course. Miss 14.8km by 3:30pm and you are stopped and given a lift back to Dwellingup. The 5:00pm final cut-off applies to everyone.
Dogs
Dogs run in the Doggie Dash only, starting at 1:20pm alongside the 6km Mini.
Sharing the trail
The 12km and 21km courses share about 600 metres of the Bibbulmun Track. Where they meet, be patient, show courtesy, and pass safely and wisely.

Saturday 12 September 2026, based in and out of the Dwellingup football oval in the heart of town. Every distance starts and finishes there.
DBCA park fee
Everyone aged 17 and over on event day pays the mandatory $7 DBCA park fee. It is already included in your entry price, and under-17s get an automatic discount at checkout.

Eventcheck IO is the official app for the weekend. Install it before event day and switch tracking on so friends, family and event staff can follow you. Coverage around Dwellingup is patchy in places, and some features need network to work.
